<053> Thesis:   "Faith" in Christ absolutely separates men from "Law" both in "method" and "result". Introduction:   In Paul's explanation of the failure of his kinsmen according to the flesh to obtain acceptance by God as the outcome of an examination of their "righteousness", he made two major points. First, he made the point that those kinsmen wished to possess acceptance by God by means of a diligent pursuit of the dictates of "the" Law because it would leave them with a strong sense of "superiority" over others and that this pursuit made them into antagonists of God through an unwillingness to "subject" themselves to the righteousness of God. And, second, he made the point that those kinsmen were on the wrong path because they rejected that truth that Christ was "the end of Law for righteousness" for those who "believe". It is this second point that we are going to consider in this study.
